Note 17" Aussie Saddle seat are the equivalent of a 15" Western Saddle

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason your may return or exchange using the criteria below:  

All returns and exchanges must;

· Be accompanied by the original invoice or a legible copy.

· Include reason for return or exchange.

· Except for saddles* (see below) items must returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

· Return the item(s), in the original packaging, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority and insure, against damage, for the purchase amount. Return the item(s) in a new and unused condition. We will not refund on items returned in a, soiled, used, abused or damaged condition.

Saddles: When purchasing a saddle from Shadow Ridge, you are allowed ten (10) days for notification of return if the saddle does not fit the rider or horse. Return the saddle immediately, unused, for exchange or refund. We stress that a full refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean & shows no evidence of use. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to saddles that show dirt, hair, or wear marks. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
