Shipping
Shipping is automatically calculated when an order is placed
according to the weight of the
order total unless otherwise noted on the product's page.
Shipping charges are always shown in the cart before
proceeding to Paypal for payment.

Orders generally ship next business day of payment. We are
sorry but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Please keep in mind that some products we offer are
made to order by people who also enjoy or show their
animals on weekends and have regular jobs during the
week. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days to ship.
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of
the purchaser.

and exchange. Please be sure to read it before ordering and

Shadow Ridge saddles and tack:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason your may return or exchange using the criteria below:
All returns and exchanges must;

Be accompanied by the original invoice or a legible copy.
·
Include reason for return or exchange.
·
Except for saddles* (see below) items must returned within
30
days
of receipt for a refund or exchange.
·
Return the item(s), in the original packaging, via UPS Ground
or USPS Priority and insure, against damage, for the purchase
amount. Return the item(s) in a
new and unused
condition. We will not refund on items returned in a, soiled,
used, abused or damaged condition.
Saddles: When purchasing a saddle from Shadow Ridge, you are
allowed ten (10) days for notification of return if the saddle
does not fit the rider or horse. Return the saddle immediately,
unused, for exchange or refund. We stress that a full refund can
only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean & shows no
evidence of use.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to saddles that show
dirt, hair, or wear marks. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If there is a price difference in the item(s) being
exchanged any additional amount due must be paid and any
refund amount will be returned in the original form of
payment.
If you are shipped the wrong item(s);

Return in accordance with criteria above.

We will ship the correct item if it is in stock and refund the
cost of return shipping. We do not refund anything other than
normal shipping such as USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If the
item is not in stock we will issue a full refund.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of
the purchaser.... Unless you were shipped the wrong item(s).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order timing is very
important.

Contact us as quickly as possible via email or phone. You must
include the invoice #. Contact information is provided
on the order form.

If your order has been received but not processed and
not packed for shipping, then we can easily cancel your
order.
·
If your order has been received and processed and packed
for shipping then there will be a 5% cancellation fee.
·
If your order has been received, processed and shipped then
you can reject the package upon delivery. Upon the return of
the order we will issue a refund minus the initial shipping
charge and the 5% cancellation fee.
